We should have the right to "offend" people, and be offended. There is no free speech if that right is taken away. The threat of being sued or worse thrown in prison for "offending" someone is simply totalitarianism. And the pretext of "crimes of hate speech" is a Trojan horse to suppress the offense of the cross, man's confrontation with his own rebellion and God's law, and God's people -- the Church.
I ask you to listen to the first twenty minutes of this program for a sober commentary of this godless society and why the gospel of Christ is our only hope. It will bring things in perspective.
